Got a question for the reps please. I am taking Pump/M-Stack. I started last Sunday with the recommended dosage and about Thursday I started getting sick feeling, and getting headaches about the time I would take the two. The same thing happened on Friday so over the weekend I didn't take any pills and I still started to get the sick/headache feeling. And then it started again yesterday, about the same time.

Has anyone else had this before on any of the above products? I don't know if it is maybe the Creatine in my system, or something from the M-Stack? Or maybe it has nothing to do with the products at all. Last night I had the feeling from about 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

I'm not a rep on here but I am curious, are you taking both packs at the same time? Also, are you taking the red pill (stims) in both packs?

You may want to try it this way if this is not what you are doing already:

M-Stak: taken about 1/2 to 1 hour after your pre-workout meal. Time this so it is taken about 45 minutes before you workout. Also, remove the red stim pill from this pack.

Pump: then take your Pump pack 1/2 hour before you workout. 15 minutes after the M-Stak. You can also wait another 15 minutes and take the Pump pack 15 minutes before you workout. It's up to you.

You can remove either stim pill from either pack but my personal pref is to remove the one from the M-Stak and use the one in the Pump pack. I feel these 2 supplements work best for me when stacked and dosed this way.

Lastly, make sure you are hydrating really well around your workout. Drink lots of water!

It sounds like you may just be fighting a bug too though since you say you have the symptoms even when not taking the products.

You may be too sensitive to stimulants. I mean that is 400 milligrams of caffiene you are taking in relatively close to one aother. Try taking the red pill out of either the Pump or M-Stak and see if that helps at all. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water throughout the day as well. You should be drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day.

I workout at 5:00 PM. I take the M-Stak around 4:15, and then at 4:30 I take the pump, and then hit the Gym around 5:00 - 5:10 PM. I had been taking both stim pills, and I will only take one today to see what happens. I'll keep updates coming.

When I were on M-Stak/Pump, I was taking both stims and it didn't change much when I only took one. You may experiment different results though.

Just ordered some pump read some reviews and thought id try it
I use to be on creatine my power n size shot up in a matter of weeks will i be expecting results like that from pump?

And also after training ill have a shake is it ok for me to have one stright after training after id taken pump before i trained... :S if that makes any sence at all

What he said. And even with the whey shake post workout, you should still have that hearty meal about 30 to 40 minutes after the whey shake.

I started Pump about a week ago and man what a difference, I dont wanna leave the gym. I just recently got turned on to the Animal products and i beleive the hype now. my current stak is, Pak, Pump, Nitro, & Flex, with protein coming from On's 100% whey (with meals) and Aftermax (post shake), & Syntha 6 (my meal replacement).

So far so good, I'm sure it only gets better from here!!

this is my second day on PUMP and all i can say is that it intensified my workout x10. i'm not sure if its all mental but i increased my deadlift by 10 pounds compared to the prior week when i wasn't on PUMP.. all i gotta say is hail Universal/ANIMAL.

I didn't take either stim caps yesterday and I didn't have any headache or sick feeling. I'm going to continue to not take the stims and see what happens.

I don't find AP to be working for me and i'm not sure about the cuts either. I find myself working out to my same capacity as I was prior to taking the AP. I guess my body don't react like most to the stims. I had a feeling this was going to happen since I was on NOX and that didn't work for me either, even when double the dose. ALL I got from that was my heart feeling like it wanted to pop out my chest but that didn't cause me to workout harder.

I think my diet is pretty solid, i'm on a cut so I take in around 1500 cal P45/C30/F25 with me at 5 10 @ 204.

I've been taking both cuts/pumps faithfully according to the time line and every day

Okay, so my last stack was Animal Pump/Animal cuts and could not have been happier with it except for the fact that it was way too many pills to take. I want to order another stack but want to change one of them out to a powder. My preference was to order Animal Cuts and then take another universal product for the creatine/NO, but have no clue what to take. What stacking options do I have that will give me near what my results were from the Pump/Cuts combo? thanks!

Shock Therapy, would work... It has the creatine and NO, and is a powder...

Got my PUMP yesterday and after two workouts im satisfied. Ive been through nano vapor, black powder and just got done with white flood and ANIMAL PUMP passes them all up. Amazing pumps, energy, and lasts for a good long period of time! Didn't trust "pills" at first but now im a believer. Cheap and worth it! dont waste your money on anything else!

Just an update for everyone. Yesterday was great, I didn't take the stims and I felt good; no headache, no sick feeling. Today I decided to take one stim cap with my pump. I started to get the feeling about 30 minutes afterwards. So it was the stims. Just a heads up if anyone starts feeling like I was, try taking the stims out. I pushed through the headache because I absolutely love back day, but I'll stop taking them from now on.

It's why the red capsule was created--more flexibility with the Pump use.
