How many scoops of Xtend is ok for one day?
i've taken 2 scoops today but i'm doing cardio later. is 3 scoops in one day ok?

You can go anywhere up to 10 scoops or beyond if you really want to

Depends on your size and what not.. but you can easily get 2-3 scoops in a day.. I used to do 4 with cardio(2 before, 2 after) and 4 for intra workout; and I could have taken more post workout also.

I actually drink it almost all day... I have my 32 oz container of water and add in 1.5 scoops. And drink it instead of other bad bad things... lol Then I up it a little before and during training, about 2-2.5 scoops.

On a hard legs day I have done 20 by the end of the day.
Good luck on finding the right amount for you but 12 scoops is good like beast stated for most days IMHO.

WOW, 12-20scoops per day! Where do ya'll work and can I get a job there??
...but to the point, I usually only use 3scoops when I'm doing cardio but I used to do 4during cardio (AM) and then another 3during my weight-training sessions (PM). I just couldn't afford doing that all the time though...

If only there was a product out there that was dosed with 1 scoop being enough for your daily needs.
EDIT: Nevermind, I am just going to buy one of these and get my daily need of Xtend in one scoop.

when i was dieting for a show i used 1 scoop morning, 1 scoop pre workout, 2 during and 1 before bed. But honestly i would just use it a scoop or 2 pre and during workout.

For your weight the ideal dose is 4 scoops during your workout. If you are cutting then another 3-4 during cardio.

it really comes down to how much you can afford. At the peak of my Xtend useage, I was taking:
10 scoops before and during morning cardio
10 during the day
10 during my PM workout

He needed so much because he was at 1500 calories a day with of course training and cardio, plus the fact that he worked 15 hour days for 3 straight weeks leading up to his contest. Where he placed 5th at his pro debut.
