I have start'd wo aftr 3 months..
Plz temme tat for best mass gain what rep range shulda follow..3x8,5,3 or 3x5,3,1 or 3x12,10,8....i dnt wanna gain cuts just muscles n strength...n what should be the number of exercises n rep range for biceps...
