Guidance to Supplements...

I'm just getting started again and feel like I need some nutrition help this go around! I'd like some advice on what I should look into.

Goal is to lose fat and gain lean muscle! Goal weight at this point is around 145lbs.

what's your diet and training schedule currently look like?

maybe we can have a better idea of what to suggest if we first knew the basics...
