A good Multi Vitamin
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/source/life.html
Animal Pak and Orange Triad get alot of talk in these parts. I been searching for a good multi vitamin and I think this beats both products above.

$10 a month for my vitamin is a much better value for what you get. Not everybody has joint problems, I don't need it if I did I would buy it seperate from my multi vitamin.

Just something I'd throw in here..... glucosamine as itself gave me a dry knot in my throat like I was going to vomit. No matter how I took it, full/empty/while eating, I've since switched to orange triad and not had a hint of that.

Life Force actually is a really high quality vitamin for the price. Look at the source of each vitamin and you will see a difference. If you can get over the fanboy love of the main 2, its easy to see this is quality.

depends if the tablets fully dissolve when in the stomach. if the tablets fail to dissolute then the ingredients will not be absorbed.

Weight lifting puts unusual stress on joints, no matter what age you are. Its not a bad preventative action.

I was diagnosed with arthritis at 17, it's hereditary.

Animal Pak
Animal Pak is fairly cheap compared with what you get. Don't look any further than the Pak. Anything else that could be even marginally better isn't worth either the hassle or the extra money. Bodybuilding.com makes Pak so cheap that it's almost a no brainer in my opinion. Keep it simple!
