What a grand day! I won Figure Open Short Class, and then went up against my coach, Francesca Apolito, at MuscleBeach Venice, Ca , Labor Day for the OVERALL TITLe, Ms. Venice Beach . SHE WON. I think she earned it, but I want an HONEST CRITIQUE on what I need to improve in order to insure an overall win in my next event. YOU BE THE JUDGE: WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO BE UNBEATABLE? UNDENIABLE. INDOMITABLE ! For your information, I'm going for Bikini Universe or some other major bikini competition within the next year, not figure, unless it's international figure physique. Be Honest, you won't hurt my feelings, but please be constructive. I want the taste of victory, and I kknow all of you on this site share that desire!

I took a look at your pics, your midsection is amazing the detail that you have is unreal. No one on the corner has a swagger like yours
