Just continue to eat and work out normally. In a span of one weekend the most you could physically gain is just water/glycogen weight.

I find that when I slip up, the best cure for me is to get a long nights rest, get online for about a half hour to cruise this site and motivate myself with transformations or "The Fit Show" clips on gym segments, pop on my MP3 player and get back to the gym. I feel much better the next day and focussed to do it again.

Take a deep breath and get over it. It's just a minor set back, but if you don't do anything then yeah it'll catch up to ya.
Just get back in there!

Just get back in the saddle again...you can do it! So you took a few days off? No biggie... I find I make better gains and reach my fitness goals if I take a little time off every 8-10 weeks and eat like crap for a couple days. As long as I jump right back to my clean eating habits it's all good. If you are prone to getring derailed often or have a hard time getting back to it, then I would be more mindful about your bingeing. I know it is hard, but hang in there and don't beat yourself up . Best wishes to you - Iron

I would follow his advice.
Not only does it seem sound, but he's dropped an ASTOUNDING amount of weight.

Yeah Minor setback.
I ate a ton for a few days, gained 8 pounds but lost it all and more in less than a week. (mostly all water since you cant gain fat that fast)

There are so many underlying motivational factors you can use to get back to the gym and work your a$$ off. However, when it comes down to it, you gotta realize how much you ate, suck it up, and just do it. Cardio can suck, but you realize you gotta do what you gotta do.
