PCT help please
just picked up a bottle of equidren it is considered a mild-medium prohormone.. lets say medium to be safe..
i also baught advanced pct by AI nolvadex xt and zma...
now i need help on how i should space out these 3 pct sups any help please im begging.. should i just follow doses or just take nolvadex now and zma then after 3-4weeks sart advanced pct?

The only help you will probably get is people giving you the advice NOT to do a PH cycle @ age 17.
Now I'm not trying to be a d!ck here, from your stats it looks like you have been around these threads enough to know that everyone will probably flame you because of your age, and not offer up much help about the subject.

I'm going to suggest you wait, like the poster above me pointed out.
That being said, I know most people will do it anyway. First off:
Novedex XT is not Nolvadex (Tamoxifen).
If you had Tamoxifen, you could run it for 4 weeks at 40/20/20/10 w/ZMA
Probably throw in the Advanced PCT around week 3 if I am not mistaken, I haven't used it before.
You using cycle support products btw?
