14 months of training...
i have been training for over a year now and am currently 82kg at 5'11". I aim to put on some more size then cut up a bit more.

well the main thing behind my diet and training is not letting it take over. For example if i want a beer or a burger i'll have one.
training wise i train splits. i train four times a week monday - thursday and maybe saturday if i can be bothered.
Monday - chest
dumbell press
incline dumbell press
incline flies
cable flys superset with press ups
dips
tuesday - back
Wide grip weighted pull ups
lat pull down
single arm rows
Wednesday - shoulders
dumbell military press
lateral raises (fave exercise!)
shrugs
arnold press
bent over lat raises
thursday - arms
Preacher curls
Pull ups (close grip under hand)
Hammer curls
Tri dips
weighted bench dips
cable extensions
A typical day nutrion wise consists of
7am - 70g oats with skimmes milks, protein shake, bananna
10 am - tuna wholmeal pittas
12.30 - chicken wholmeal pittas
4.15 - toast with peanut butter and jam
5.30 (pre workout) 70g oats protein shake
6.30 - post workout shake and a banna
7.15 - wholmeal rice, chicken, vegetables
and a shake before bed........

Dude, why the hell don't you train legs? Wtf? Don't be a tool.
Post a pic of your back and legs.
Also, your traps seems to be lagging a bit.

my legs have natural size and definition so i dont do much for them. i throw squats and claf raises in once a week when im feeling most energetic. and as for traps i feel i am in proportion and dont want over deloped traps as i dont like that look...

Well, just don't neglect your legs. Having big upper body and tiny legs is the stupidiest thing anyone can do.
In all honesty, I think your traps could be a bit bigger, but if you're happy with them then that's fine...

well appart from tanning and working out this does not apply to me. and im definately not italian!
As for working as a pizza delivery person that is pretty funny. As I am at university studying to be a quantity surveyor.
