Bread

Hi.

I looked on the back of this loaf of brown bread I have at home and each slice has like 9.0g of Protein or something.

Do you think I could do after every workout a glass of milk and a few slices of bread say?

I mean I'd get the Protein so would that work?

Probably too many carbs for the amount of protein you get. Turkey on whole wheat would be a better choice.

Is it Ezekiel bread? Otherwise it's a horrible protein option. The milk is obviously good, but I wouldn't count that protein found in most breads...especially PW

Alright. I can eat fruit and stop with the bramley apple pies (that's gonna be tough), however I don't know what I should be going for for good protein. I know you can get it from eggs and chicken but is that bad too?

Any advice on general nutrition?
