None of us would have a case in any level of court, we could not show any damages. The most we can do is send a cease and desist order against any similar actions.

Now violation of a C & D is different, you do not have to show any specific damages simply the willful intent to violate the order amounts to damages in itself.

Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you all know that I apologize for all of this stress that's become of this! I am new here and I was ill-informed on what my abilities were to do with my minor admin access on bodyspace/forums. One of the users emailed me and said that they were harassing her. She gave me the user names so in my power I thought I could email you guys just saying to be friendly. I didn't realize that I didn't have this power and should have just sent it to the Main admin for the forums. I in no way meant to publicize your emails to the world as I sent it privately to all of you and I apologize for that as well. I just want you all to know I didn't intend for this to come to this level. I want you all to know as well that this will never be happening again. From now on, I will be forwarding any concerns/complaints to our main admin for forums/bodyspace! These forums rock by the way. The Misc is definitely a fun read!
