Barbell squats
Box squats
Hack squats
BB or DB walking lunges
Single leg lunges
Stiff legged dead lifts (barbell or DB)
DB step ups
Running stairs
Uphill sprints

Don't be afraid to go a little heavier with lower reps...give you better results.

lying leg press- high weight less reps, sitting leg press- feet placed high on plate (i like to do one leg at a time) walking on treadmill at highest incline- Doing all 3 in a row no rest time between different exercises.
These are just my favorite- then of course you should do hamstring curl, and a calf one too.

Question Try This....

In addition to your weight training...try doing sprints twice a week. If you have a nearby track, do 8 laps total and sprint each straight way. I do this starting 4 weeks out from competitions and it's really helped bring out quad seperation. Just my $0.02 :0)

I think USMC_URAH is dead on. You appear to have decent muscle mass in your legs, so instead of doing more weights - try doing additional cardio. In this case, if it's really an issue for you, I'd recommend doing additional SS cardio in addition to the sprints.

Good luck.
