First time forum
I'm gonna try to enter my workouts/cardio daily.
I have set a goal to loose 15 lbs of chub and get back to my 2000-2001 physique. I've dropped 3 so far
Day off - Saturday 8/9/08
Cardio - 2.5 mile walk
@ the gym - Back bi and abs - get back when I'm done to log it in
