Smile Starting out

First time forum
I'm gonna try to enter my workouts/cardio daily.
I have set a goal to loose 15 lbs of chub and get back to my 2000-2001 physique. I've dropped 3 so far

Day off - Saturday 8/9/08
Cardio - 2.5 mile walk
@ the gym - Back bi and abs - get back when I'm done to log it in

Workout Tracker

I'm using BB.com's "Workout Tracker" as my workout log! It's getting easier to enter the workouts with practice.

Red face Scale

The scale was not nice to me today. I have to amp it up the next 28 days!

Red face weigh in again tomorrow

I'm kinda nervous about stepping on the scale tomorrow morning. My friend said that my face looks thinner but I'm going to be so disappointed if the scale is the same or more. I've been eating clean, lifting three times a week but my cardio could be amped up a bit. We shall see..less than twelve hours to go!
