I stopped using Super Pump because the ****s I were getting was ridiculous. Everytime I took it, I ****. There was never a time where I didn't take it and I didn't ****. After about a week and a half on it I had to return it back.

they reformulated it bro, i havent tried it since, but look forward to it
just used WF for day three on leg day....the taste im getting used to. lol the pump was great. my legs were extremely tight. it hurt to walk down the stairs today.
question to controlled labs...do i take WF on my days off?

BSN is becoming one of my favorite supplement companies and for 2 reasons. NO-Explode and Nitrix. I first started taking Nitrix cause I heard from a friend of mine that it worked really good. This was by far an understatement. About 2-3 weeks after taking it I had already noticed that the veins in my arms were very noticeable and that my muscles were getting alot bigger. I was also noticing that spending an 1 - 1 1/2 hrs in the gym were not making me tired. I would attack each muscle group with like 7 or 8 different workouts and I could keep going. I had never taken any supplement that helped me improve not only my physique but my workouts like Nitrix, untill I started taking NO-Explode also. Another friend of mine recommended No-Explode. After taking this one time I Fell in love with it. As soon as I started working out I was filled with so much energy that I didn't know what to do I was pumping out more weight and more sets and reps than I had ever before. These 2 supplements are a must have.
I liked Superdump...........my toilet, however, felt differently about it.
I never heard it mentioned, but Labrada's Super Charge worked good for me. The orange was pretty decent. Pumps, energy and comedown were all good and equal to or better than my Arginine, taurine and caffeine stack I was using prior to that.
Now I just use Recharge capsules...........hate drinking stuff and some orange gatorade with glutamine during my workouts and it works like a charm.

no need to take white flood on off days. you could do white blood before bed on the off days.

I have recently tried ADS's Pump Accelerator the chewables....now they dont taste great if you chew them i found that if i broke them up into pieces about an hour before my workout i had one of the better pumps i have ever felt.
I have been using no xplode alone on and off for 2years and have gotten alright results recently I started stacking no xplode with cell mass and my strength gains have gone crazy
Bcs labs is the greatest brand for supplements there is. They are very affordable also. I take extreme nos2 and out of the many no products i've tried, nothing even comes close to this product. I've tried musclepump by muscle tech, bsn xplode, superpump 250, fizogen blitz cycle/blast cycle. Nothing even touches this product. The only other product that might come close is mri no2 platinum, and that costs 100 bucks a month compare to extreme nos2 that is 45 bucks for 2 months. I cut the doses in half(take 2 pills a day instead of 4), and I still get the same results. My muscles get huge/tight/ripped, and I have yet to feel this from another competitors product. If you want to stack something with nitric oxide, regardless what brand works great for you, I would try e bomb from bcs labs. I took it for 2 months(had to quit, to much money), my muscles were twice as tight than taking extreme nos2 alone. I can't describe how great I felt during my workouts. The best thing is that both of these products are free of caffeine and all that other "focusing" agents that wear off after a couple of weeks.
noxplode died after the 5th day, personally think its not worth it. it doesnt last long, is expensive and you adapt
MRI black powder was amazing BUT the serving size is too small and i had to double up and even triple up to get the buzz. comes down to being way too expensive

straight up amazing. tastes bomb, works bomb, and the price isnt shabby at all for the quality of the product. its my 4th time using it and when they say your veins turn into road maps, they aren't lying. the focus is extreme. hit it up

awesome, cant wait to hear your feedback. the one before bed is white blood (not white flood) its stimulant free and is great before the workout AND/OR before bed.

I have tried just a few NO products such as MRI NO2, Pinnacle NOX2 ,& Six Star NO Overdrive, I tried this product because allot of good feedback from this thread and have to agree that this product is great, although some of the claims are a little exaggerated, this is the best I have tried so far and will continue to use this product. I think no explode is a good product but their is WAYY too much caffeine in it for me. Like MRI's Black Powder for my NO2. The taste is not the best but the pumps and focus are amazing and their is no caffeine in the product. Green Tea extract is used instead, which is a better alternative to caffeine.
