College Eating sucks...
Been at college for a week and I feel like crap. Diet blows, everything is so off. All the food is fried, no rice or potatoes...ugh it sucks. Im eating beef jerky and chicken strips right now lol...
any one else feeling same as me? Ive already got pretty outta shape these last few weeks and college IS NOT helping me get back into shape ><!

Increase your activity level. Workout a TON, play sports, have sex, walk around alot, use the stairs instead of elevator...more sex
yeah college eating blows but there is also alot of stuff you can do in college...take advantage of it

Meh are is pretty decent but im ready for classes to start so i can get into a routine of when to eat and everything, plus im bored as fuk

dude i feel you. i need to get in a routine. Im rushing so i have been partying and eating **** all week, I FEEL LIKE CRAP haha. once school gets settled and i get a routine i dont think it will be to bad...im already gettin outta shape tho it blows.

yea man. college diet is pretty lame. i just set up my schedule so that i have enough time to prepare a good three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). other than that just carry snacks and other things around campus with you.....thats what i did. make sure its all healthy snacks though. some really good snacks are **** for you body.

ya i just got to my first year of college and its been a bunch of arbies and sonic so far but ive been doing intense band camp sooo i've actually lost some fat

last year my college was ranked second worst food in the country for any school. stop bitchin hahah. but seriously, sometimes its hard. best thing i found was if your school lets you do take out, as in you can go into the cafeteria stock up a to go container of whatever you want... then do it. take as much freakin pasta and chicken as u can fit into that sucker and bring it back to your room and fridge it and eat from for the next few days.
