I tried it, in my opinion its garbage.
I believe its just too far away in the chain to be effective.

In 5 days i have already started to see results. Im getting more defined and im getting tighter.

I'm on my 14th day of 5 caps a day. so far I'm up 6 pounds. I'm not saying my gains are from the kit but, some thing has started to click.
