back
hey everyone, how can i workout my back with just dumbells and a barbell? is it possible to get it to somewhat resemble a bodybuilders back?

yeah..
deadlifts
bent over rows
etc.
resemble a bbers back...prob not

roids...Great diet..Good routines...You wont get that back unless you got roids...If you dont want roids then you will need YEARS of heavy lifting and proper diet..Even with roids you need proper diet.Just not years lol..
And with BB and DB? thats all I used for a while.Not claming to be moses when it comes to backs to you can do most movements with DB and BB since thats what came before machines!

even with "roids", you'd still need years..many years..and some genetic help

Don't forget you need to be at like 3% body fat to have muscle striations like that.

thanks for all your input..........i re-read my post and it seems that i didn't word it properly. Quite frankly, i don't want a back like that bodybuilder. I attached that picture to use as a sort of visual aid for my question. I just want to be able to work out my back properly using dumbells and a barbell. I am, however, afraid to do bent-over raises because of possible back injuries. My back is somewhat weak already from having worked in a warehouse when i was 16 and not lifting boxes properly.
