How many mg of caffeine do you have in a day?
This summer i feel like I'm going overboard. I'll have an sf energy drink in the morning (200mg) another one after lunch (200mg) and then my preworkout drink (250 mg).....I think I'm addicted. And sometimes I add a cup of coffee around 10am.
How much does everyone else have in a day?

How much is in a strong cup of coffee? I have two in the morning.. Not sure how much it is, but it keeps me zinging from about 6:30 until noon.

I think around 75-100 mg depending on the size of the cup.
I'm thinking about really cutting back but it doesn't seem like it's too bad for you.

i have about 300mg (whatever is in a regular cup of coffee)
anyway, that might be overdoing it. why are you taking so much (alot IMO)? do you get enough sleep?
plus all of the money you spend on energy drinks! why not jsut have some home brewed coffee in the morning and after lunch? i know some people like the taste of energy drinks though.....

I drink coffee in the winter but in the summer it's hard for me to choke down something hot so I usually go with an energy drink.

i have roughly around 800mg a day and when i even take a break for one day without having any energy drinks, my workouts suck so bad, i think that the best alternative is creatine but still its a vicious cycle and getting the thirst for energy.

500mg-1g/day.
PreWO - 250-350mg
PostWO - 150mg (double espresso)
Mid-day - 150mg (double espresso)
Evening - 210mg (triple espresso)
+ 4-5 sodas, maybe another cup of coffee. Don't seem to get withdrawals when I cut down or switch to decaf for a few days.
