Seated Cable Row 5x10
barbell Curl 5x10
T-Bar Row 5x10
Preacher Curl 5x10
Hammer Curls 3x10
Lat Pull Down 3x10
i do 3 sets instead of 5 on the last 2 because by the time my workout is done i'm exhausted. should i change anything?
