Lipo 6 Log
I started taking Lipo 6 today and I'm going to try and lose some unwanted bf. I will take pictures every week to show progress and if I can find a measuring tape I will take measurements every week as well. I am 6'2" and today I weigh 192.0 with about 14-15% bf. I want to do this log so people on here can see if Lipo 6 works and how well it works.
I log my food into MyPyramidTracker.gov and here are my averages so you can get an idea of how I eat. Calories = 2305 , Carbs = 281.9 , Protein = 99.4 , Fat = 76.2. This is just food alone, on top of that I take these supplements:
Universal Real Gains
Body Fortress Creatine
Higher Power Glutamine
I know my fat intake needs to go down, and it will. I will also try and bump my cardio up as well. When I do cardio I do HIT style on a treadmill for about 15 minutes. And I workout 5 days a week.
This is my first official log so if any of you think I need to change stuff then let me know. Thanks for reading.

Even though it's only my first day, I have a ton of energy and I love it so far. And the way Lipo 6 goes for taking it, it goes like this:
Days 1-2: Take one capsule 30 minutes before breakfast and another in the afternoon.
Days 3-4: Take two capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and one in the afternoon.
Days 5-on: Take two capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and two in the afternoon.
Back on energy, I had a ton of energy when I was at the gym today (I did chest and back) and even after my workout since then I have had a lot of energy so right now I'm going to go do yardwork and then 10-15 minutes of cardio.

Hey good luck with this stuff. I'm running a DREN log right now I'll prob try this stuff in the near future. BTW it seems that people only really care about more hardcore logs for ph's or what not compared to fat loss products. Keep us updated.

Day two: Again I have a ton of energy and when I worked out my legs I actually felt kind of light headed afterwords. And trust me I am drinking enough water. I know my leg workouts are intense and would make the beginners sick real fast but I usually don't feel the way I did today so I'm just assuming its the Lipo 6. Kind of nervous that I am already feeling that feeling so early when I'm only taking 2 pills a day. Hopefully I don't feel like that when I bump it up to 4 pills a day two days from now. Or I'll have to bump my dosage down.

Day 4: The energy is still going crazy, I love it. At this point I can honestly say that I would tell anyone that wants energy to try this stuff.

One week later and I weigh 191.0, so I lost one pound. That's pretty good, if I can lose 1 pound a week of body fat I'll be satisfied. I can tell it started working in my upper abs/lower lats first. I can't wait til it starts working more on my lower and love handles. Sad to say I still haven't booted up my cardio yet. I've been meaning to but I've been so busy with work and school I only have time to workout and get a little bit of abs done. I have been eating a lot better and I love it.

hey! i took Lipo six for about a month, and it really works! The only thing that gave me trouble with it was at about the 3 1/2 week point it made me get a slight stomach ache everytime i ate. Hopefully that wont happen with you!!!

Thanks, repped ya. At the end of this week I'm going to order another bottle of Lipo-6 so I have one here when I run out. I'm also going to buy a kre-alkalyn and one of the following: H-Drol, M-Drol, Trenadrol, or Hemadrol. If someone can help me decide which one to take I will be very grateful. I will also rep you.

I'm leaning more to MDrol because it's the cheapest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to order by Friday.

I just ordered the 120+60 deal form the bb.com store. I hope it gets across the border to Canada for me! Not sure I need it, cuz I am already lean and just want to get my bottom abs in...already have the top and sides.....
But I do wanna be shredded and if it starts makign me scrawny I can stop.
Did you get and headaches or lack of concentration during the day? Fidgety or anything? I am going to start school again in 3 weeks so I def need to have focus.....

I ended up buying CEL's H-Drol. It's obviously the most popular supp out right now just by looking through the logs and seeing how well it's doing. I ran out of Glutamine and Creatine, and I will be getting some new bottles soon. Just updating everyone on my current supps.

I didn't order the PCT yet, I will order it when I need it. And I have noticed some fat loss over the past week and a half, but I'm finally starting to do more cardio and more ab work. So hopefully that amplifies my fat loss.

I'm almost at the 2 week mark. I will weigh myself on Monday to see how much I lost in 2 weeks. Honestly doesn't look like I lost anything. It does give me a lot of energy though and helps me get extra reps in the gym.

I've been on this stuff for about 3 weeks, and I must say, one of the best products I have ever taken. I have finally gotten below 10% body fat for the first time ever. I was never far off (always around 11-13%), but I finally did it with the help of carb cycling, and this product. I can tell that this really works. DO IT

I'm starting to have stomach issues around the times I take my Lipo 6 so I may drop down to 2 pills a day instead of 4. But everytime I have ever taken a weight loss supplement this usually happens to me. I will probably drop down to 1 pill twice a day for a few days and then go back up to 2 pills twice a day when I feel better.

I hope you have success with this. I had very minimal success with Lipo 6 and just slightly better results with Lipo 6x. I would recommend the 6x version over the 6.
If you are experiencing stomach discomfort with lipo 6, you need to avoid Hydroxycut hardcore, that stuff is brutal on your stomach.

hey there
greetings campers!
so so so, since ur kind of in the middle of using it, here's an input.
I've been taking lipo 6 for now 2 weeks. So for like 10 days straight, everytime i took the product i started feeling hot after 20-30 mins and had so much energy i nearly felt like i could fly. Great energy levels and it being my first week back from vacations, i basically drank alcohol and partied (alot) for a whole week (but ate very little, alcohol kind of fed me i guess). Also alcohol makes u fat when u eat and drink, otherwise when only drinking low carb/high alcohol drinks the body can't really turn alcohol into fat.
So i've made it a rule never to drink and eat at the same time or within 3 hours of each other, worked for me so far.
anyway, i managed to drop some bf during this week, then stopped the whole drinking spree, and kept using lipo 6, same effect, feeling great, (and hot) and having growing spare pants space (no bad jokes guys)
then it kind of just stopped, no more uber energy levels for about 36 hours (at 4 caps a day btw), had a last energy surge then after taking 2 more in the evening, and since then, 3 days ago, nada .
I've had a bad case of cold for like the 4 -5 last days, may be related, i dont know.
I'll keep you posted

Great Thread!
I am in week 3 on Lipo6 and I saw great results early. Like you, things have slowed down a bit but the energy and intensity are still high. No stomach issues yet.
Keep us posted and we can compare results.

i know some of you emailed me because i stopped this thread. but lipo 6 did nothing for me. basically im finding out that for my body (maybe not yours) the only way i can lose fat is by running 2 miles a few times a week. ive tried numerous weight loss supps to detail my body and none of them worked on me.
so words of wisdom for people wanting to buy fat loss supps, try doing the hardest work first...running. dont try the supps until you get cardio in first. i gaurentee youll see results.
