Question walking before breakfast

I was considering walking about 30-35min in the morning before eating...
Would that help to burn some fat? or would it burn muscle?
Thanks for advice

Well, to be honest I don't think it would do much of anything. If you are concerned about burning muscle you can always drink Xtend during your cardio. That's what I do. In my opinion a nice jog would burn the fat more (before food) with minimal muscle loss compared to a full blown run/sprint workout.

There is much debate on that topic.
