My family wants me to try for this but I can't afford a photographer (youngest is still in college), what is required as far as a camera? (I doubt I'll go through with this).

just a higher qulaity digital pic will work fine. Just have it on the highest settings. Really hope you give it a shot

Going through the photos again.... wow alot of these WOULD HAVE easily make the cut IF the lighting etc.. was professional quality. Just don't want anyone to be shocked.

Hey girl I cant afford a professional photog either but I have a relative with a very expensive camera! Go for it I say! Plus it is for a good cause

I think there are several of us waiting until the deadline. As for me I know I need every last minute I can get to be camera ready! I am planning to submit my entry on 8-30 and I bet there will be a lot more!
