Help finding a PT

Whats up everyone,

I am looking to hire a PT but I need to find someone that can help me with proper technique in olympic lifts and explosive movements. I haven't done cleans and things like that since highschool wrestling a few years ago. I am a member at a LVAC and a MMA gym but I cannot make the strength and cond. class because of my work schedule. What type of certs/ background should I be looking for? Where should I be look for a good PT? Thanks for your help in advance! It's just hard to justify paying someone that knows less then myself.

Finding a PT

I would start by looking online at acefitness.org. They are a good organization and you can search for certified trainers in your area on their website. You want either ACE, AFAA, NSCA, or a national organization like that. I am certified through ACE as well as NETA and both are very thorough organizations. Hope this helps.

ACE is a good place to look, another place would be ISSA, thats who I'm certified with and they can help you out if you were to call their toll free number. They will set up a workout routine and a eating schedule if you wish. There's alot of places to go to, just have to find the one that suits you and fits your needs to how you want it to fit.
