Basically I am keeping it as low carb as possible, with the exception of the meals that require carbs for Anabolic Pump to work. That stuff is supposed to work with carbs and use them for muscle repair/growth rather than have them routed to fat cells for storage. This allows me to actually eat more carbohydrates, which I function much better on, plus it definitely increases the effectiveness of all of my CL stuff.
Other than my breakfast and pre/post workout carbs, I will have minimal carbohydrate intake. The pre and post workout carbs will likely come from fruit and oats along with a whey shake made with milk.
I'm not exactly super-carb sensitive, but I definitely don't do well with an excess either. My goal will probably be to stay around 150g of carbs per day if I can pull it off.
