I recieved about 50-60 bottles about 2 weeks ago...takes 2 days to ship from Florida...never a problem

OK so someone sent me a huge package containing 18 supplements

the problem is that was lmost 2 months ago..I think it is something like 6-7weeks ago

It was from the US to Canada

Now The only hold up I can think of is that there may have been 1 supplement that customs might have wanted to be a dick about, what i am wondering is wouldnt they just take out what they do not want to cross the border than send the rest to me???

I want the supplements, I am even willing to be cool with them taking some out because of weak border rules..but I want them to send the rest to me....

Or at least send it all back to the person who sent it to me.


The other problem is no Tracking...

Any advice?

Once when customs seized one of my packages they sent me a letter telling me I could either abandon the package or I could pay the shipping to send it back to the sender.

But for you, if they don't send a letter. I would call them. But you're probably right, they wont help at all.

The only issue I've ever had other than slowness, was that I once found a letter from customs in the box saying that one of the products was not approved for sale in Canada (PSlin) but the product was still in the box so it was no biggie.

It would suck if I had to pay to ship it back but I would much rather do that than have it all get destroyed.
Plus if I paid to get it sent back, the person could re-send me the stuff that can make it for sure.

Well I am hoping that they are just reallllllly slow like I said it is somewhere around 6-8weeks..so hopefully one day ti will just show up..or even a letter with the option to send it back where it came from would be nice..all of those options are better than nothing.

Best case scenario is like yours Steve..they just say not good for sale...but here is your stuff.

If someone has something that they ordered and they do not receive it, HEALTH CANADA are the people you need to talk to. They work wih customs, health Canada actually stops the packages they have to release it.

It took just under 2 months for them to send me a letter saying they had stopped my package, it is a fairly big one and they said it was for resale here in Canada they did not think it was for personal use. I had to explain it to a few people then eventually Health Canada released it, then customs also has to relese it.. It took about 10 days after Health Canada released it for customs to release it. It is on its way finally.



LISTEN UP

According to Health Canada/Customs
People living in Canada can only import UP TO 3 MONTHS worth of Medicine/supplements/pills etc.
If it is over 3 months worth they assume ti is for re-sale and unless you have a license to sell health products/medicine..etc they will not allow it through .


So even if you only ordered protein if you tried to get more than 3 months worth ACCORDING TO THE LABEL they will stop it. They go by the directions on the label and ON BB.COM (yes serious)
when I was talking to HEALTH Canada they lady I was talking to checked the recommended dosage on bb.com

Thats ridiculous. When supps are on sale I'll buy 4-6 bottles. Iv never had a problem with that though.

Basically ive heard that White Flood might get seized and not let through cause of the Gaba content. I have had Epistane taken by customs. They only check 10% of packages. I have also had Epistane get through, Desoxydrol(phera clone) & research chems come through with no problem but I think tha's more their mistake or they didn't check the packages.

I may have received 2 bottles of a product containing Y recently, shipped directly from the manufacturer.....
