Monday
Ok, so I have a minute to post so, here I go.
Yesterday I did cardio, stairmaster (climber), for a half hour.
I didn't go back in the gym yesterday. After work, and before my second job, I felt out of sorts. Im not gonna go into detail with it but I felt badly enough that I though working out would be unsuportive of my current condition.
Hence, no lifting yesterday. I think today (Tuesday) Im gonna do chest for sure but I think I'm gonna throw some back in there as a makeup for yesterday. Nothing heavy because I'm not a big fan of working two major muscle groups back to back but, ehhh, why not.
