This thread was more of a joke and call out thread. I just thought it was funny that the tatoo switched arms and wanted to see people's reactions.

Next time(if there is a next time), could you please just send me a PM & give me a heads up before you start a thread/call out. I am sure that this could have been cleared up with 1-2 e-mails from me. Labrada Nutrition (as well as many of the other supplement companies) works very hard at maintaining a positive & honest image.

Hi There,
I just want to let everyone know that as soon as I found out about this I took the time to contact the Labrada Nutrition offices personally and get to the bottom of this. I am good friends with everyone in that office and I can tell you that no one in the company lacks in the ethics department. Labrada Nutrition is composed of the most ethical and nicest people you can imagine; starting with the President/CEO of the company who personally ensures that all his products meet (and even slightly exceed) the label claims.
Basically, the reason for the misplaced tattoo comes down to an honest mistake. One of the graphic artists accidentally flipped the image horizontally and no one noticed it up until now that is has been brought to everyone's attention. Attached is the fixed image that I got straight from the head of the graphics department.
One of the reasons I am associated with Labrada Nutrition is because of their high standards for quality and their sincere desire to help others achieve their fitness goals by sharing valuable training/nutrition information and through the creation of high quality products. Along these same lines, I can honestly say as well that none of their before and after's are altered in any way or form and that all of these champions are real people as I've had the pleasure to meet and interview a few of them.
Wishing you all the very best!

any chance you can get them to drop their prices?
For instance the 9 servings per container Lean Body Mass 60? Or a little bit bigger discount on the buying a case of Lean Body's RTDs.
Thanks

Actually it does. I see this a lot in retail stores but what gives you the right to demand prices be dropped? What if someone demanded that your employer drop the prices on whatever goods or services they provide? What would you say? "Sure, I'll give this to you cheaper just because you asked us to." If anything price inflation will be increasing and Labrada has nothing to do with it. Blame the economy, not them.

I'm not going to get into a debate with you about this but you're being pretty ignorant if you think that Labrada can't lower the price on their product.
I do understand how the current is putting strain on retailers but price cuts are still occuring nation wide even in these dismal times.
But hey, thanks for flying off the handle over something that didn't concern you. *thumbsup*

Its depends on their margins as well though. May they be willing to profit less to keep themselves under the competition?

this is why I dont buy your products. You are just a straight up jerk.
All the guy was saying is that he thought their prices were to high, there ain't nothing wrong with him saying how he feels.

I agree that inflation increases prices, but don't be so gullible. Now that the economy sucks every company is raising its prices because of "inflation", however they don't care to explain why they also raise prices on older goods.
For example a retail store that raises its prices and claims its because of inflation and higher gas prices (for the clothing to be delivered, etc) however they also raise the prices of everything that was already in the store and didn't have to be delivered... =/
I don't see why anyone would go out of their way to defend high prices, its only natural for a consumer to want lower prices, after all the ****ty economy affects us all...

I see what you are saying but in reference to existing goods on the shelf I don't think anyone would get away with two seperate pricing structures for the same good. Believe me, on my end of things, we do absorb a lot of the cost increases. We did with our protein powder that's for sure.
I understand why consumers want lower prices and I do too. However, I would never go up to Jay Cutler and demand he do something about the price of GAKIC. I saw some guy thoroughly bitch out a VS worker today because a product that weighed 5lbs was two dollars more. This is why I'm a bit "sensitive" right now.

Another thing, what world do you live in where somebody shouldn't be allowed to ask for a discount? Knowing damn well that Labrada went out trying to get best deals to lessen the costs of making their products.
Do you buy your supplements from BB.com? If you do...why? Cheaper price? HOW DARE YOU!
And like you mentioned...due to this horrible economy...I think it's perfectly fine to look for discount whenever possible.
But then again there's always the chance that you live in China...and you don't know any better.
Cheers.
