Soy Free Protein Powder
Does anyone know of a protein powder that does NOT have soy in it. I have looked at all the local health stores and all over the internet and can't find one. Even the people at the vitamin shoppe tried to sell me several different ones thinking they didn't have soy, and when I looked at the label one of the ingredients was lecithin, which is soy. The only protein I've found that doesn't have soy is vegetable protein, and I was told that wasn't the same as whey. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You may check out MRM natural whey. I just did a search on the bb.com site for 'natural whey' and I pulled up this:

Note that the first result, ON natural whey, does contain lecithin. I didn't look at any of the others.

Thank you so much for that link! I called MRM and they said that their All Natural Whey doesn't contain soy. If anyone else knows of any others, please let me know.

lecithin is only used in very minimal amounts in the production of whey ( the clumpiness)

look into american whey. its a great quality product and tastes awesome. ingredients consist of: 100% Cold-Filtered Isolate, Ion Exchanged Whey, Natural Flavors, Natural Sweetener Fructose, Digestive Enzyme Blend (bromelin, papain, protease, peptizyme).
