today's workout
i did shoulders/tris today, here is how it went
seated shoulder press 30'sx12 35'sx12 40'sx7(should have stayed at 35)
super set 1 seated db lateral/front db glass raise 15'sx10/15'sx8 10'sx10/10'sx10 10'sx10/10'sx10 first time i have done these and that is the most weight i could do ugh!
seated cybes shoulder press 65x12 80x14 95x 11
superset 2 skull crushers/close grip pushups 50x10/8 50x10/6....i was really fatigued at this point, i still had one super set and two more exercises to do but i threw up....i dont know if that's a good thing or a bad thing
then i pushed myself to still do 20 min of medium cardio at a 5% incline at 3.0....which is a walking pace for me. all in all i felt pretty good.
