The momentum seems to build daily. If I go into the gym and do not give it everything I've got, to me I have failed that day. The same goes with my macros. A lot of BB'ers do not weight or measure their food during the off season, but I do and will. It is KEY for lean mass gains.
I want to go pro, so this has to be done!!!

Ha!!
Being on an incline bench, in a reversed position I do not bring my legs that far up. Besides IF I did happen to drop the DB, it would be that bad, only 10lbs...

Summary
MIND blowing, wouldn't come close to describing this mornings workout. Every rep, and every set was max intensity and max focus. I poured every ounce of energy I had in me and more into this session. I even took a second shot of Vaso half way into chest, LOL!!!
The pump I had when I got finished was UnReAl!!!!!!!!!

My arms were/are in flames!!!
I cranked it out this morning pounding away at my bi's/tri's.
I had a PR for reps on the alternating DB curls & DB skull crushers both. I am using very heavy weight and was able to push out more reps than ever this morning.
Alternating DB Curls / Supersetted with DB Skull Crushers: 4 sets ( PR for Reps ).

I love that you workout before I do most of the time...cuz I can take from your energy and take it to the gym with me! Arms are on tap for me today as well...I'll be so glad next week when I can add sets to failure again...this is my last week of having to hold back a wee bit...yay! I see you added another pound on the scale ... yeah baby!

LEGS- Hypertrophy
SUMMARY
C R U S H E D...... my legs. Totally wiped them out. I can tell I am getting progressively stronger each week. Today's workout was no different. I increased my weight on the leg press and went really heavy.
I also increased my rep count on the SLD's.
The looks I get performing SLD's W/DB's the length of the gym is too funny!!
Leg Press:3 sets
Hack Squat: 3 sets
Leg Extensions: 3 sets
Walking Lunges W/DB: 1 set
SLD's W/BD: 3 sets
Seated Leg Curl: 3 sets
Standing Calf Raise: 4 sets
Recumbant Calf Machine: 4 sets
