Im in there.. ive gotten back into the gym, ive already cut off 7lbs, and dropped body fat to 16%.. I got 5 months left on my deployment and plan on coming home, to having people turn it the other way hoping the ask her how she got a guy like me.
Lol .. I just wish i could get a Tan..

good luck to you and reaching your goals. and thx for serving in the military, because most of us would not want to.
for tan I would suggest what I did, I took a day to go fishing, and fished from 6 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon, I forgot all about sun loating, food, etc. and I dont enjoy fishing, but damn it was fun. Lets say during the night, it was not fun at all. But well worth it for instant tanning and possibly skin cancer.
