Beverly
It's a good but average fat burner. I tried it. It was OK. I like Beverly. They are conservative and a little pricey but if you get their magazine you might be able rationalize the extra cost. I would consider them "old fashioned". Still basically selling good protein, creatine, glutamine and l-carnitine based stuff.

Everything Beverly puts out is top-knotch. You wont find any BS marketing or useless ingredients. There is a reason they have been around so long.

I wouldn't recommend Beverly for any type of innovative novelty supplements or fat burners. There are certaintly much better options to date.
Great company though.

Do a search on the following and take in as much information as you can which pertains to your OWN body, what fits you best (stim/non stim, appetite control, do you want a thermo, do you have medical issues/thyroid problems, etc.) and make a decision. All quality products with good logs and feedback out there.
1. Lean Xtreme (Designer Supplements)
2. ReCreate (USPLabs)
3. REDuction (Controlled Labs)
4. Adrenalean (Designer Supplements)
5. Cytolean (Gaspari)
You can use the following link as a guide.

I will tell you this, research can only go so far. Sometimes you have to experience hands on which works best for you.

7 keto's a good product.
It's not thermogenic in the way of freaky energy but i've seen good results with it off and on. I haven't used it in sometime as since 7-keto is a DHEA derivative many natural divisions had banned it.
This has since been lifted as 7 keto does not boost test / est levels.
Beverly's always upfront and generally valid with claims.
Only product I would not recommend is their L-Carnitine... it's just way too over priced. I forget the name.
I'd take muscle synergy anyday over the pre workout shakes of today though!

Yeah I've seen some of the better pumps while on Synergy.
As for the carnitine, they call it "energy select". And "Lean out".

Nah it came to me it's "Energy Reserve"
To me it's WAY to overpriced. But yeah lean out is also based on this which I really like that product.

Reserve it is. Got mixed up with the select, as some of their other products are called that.
