SLAM DUNK (5'11" & 3/4 White guy)
Is this good for being only about 6 ft tall? And yes, its a 10 ft rim.

That is pretty impressive. I know another guy who is 6-6'1 and can easily dunk. If you have strong calves and quads, you can do it. I'm 6'3 or 6'4 and I can't dunk, I can grab the rim though. I'm 6'4...but...I'm the skinniest person you'll ever see, so no leg muscles at all

thats pretty big hops i can get the ring, but my friend is 5"11 and about 65kg and he ahs massive hops, sometimes hes nto too consistent with dunks but when he get it down it goes down hard,

Maybe its the angle but that rim doesn't look like 10ft to me. If so good stuff but it looks suspect to me.

its real... i've seen him do it plenty of times.
the rim is definitely 10ft. its mounted on a wall in a gym and NIU, as far as i know you cannot adjust the height.

I envy you, I'm like 6"2-3, I can only do two handers off 1 foot, I just want to be able to do two foot jumps and 2 handers, that's all, I don't need windmills (But I''ll take it if I can)

lol why do you add that you are white.........I almost throw one down when i was 235 pounds and am around 5'9 but only off 2 feet and I cant palm the ball so never got one down ....but I can get my wrist above the rim
so can you 360 ect?

NO, that is 100% incorrect!! It has been proven that in general African-Americans have higher concentrations of fast twitch muscle fibers as lighter less dense bones.
Kenyans are a great examples of people who have a much higher Vo2 max than most. Sub 4 minute miles have only been done by a handful of non Kenyans. Kenyans own all long distance running. Why is that they all work that much harder?
People don't like to think that genetics makes a difference, unfortunately it makes 95% of the difference. Training is the easy part!!
Does that mean Whitey, Chiney, etc etc can't compete? No, but the odds are that when it comes to raw speed, power, and athleticism there is a difference, sorry.
The same has been proven with IQ's too, but that's a different discussion.

We're not talking about the olympics here. Maybe all this **** matters when a .1 seconds is the difference between a world record and an ok time. But when we're talking about just regular people that play sports and you say **** like "black people are just better" you're making excuses for your inadequacy. You realize what those studies are saying right? Black people have more fast twitch muscles on average. That doesn't mean every single black person is better/faster/stronger than you right out of the womb. It means that median of the range of fast twitch muscles that a black person has is slightly higher than of white people. So you may encounter some people that are just way more athletic than you, but you will still encounter those that are on/below your level. To say "black people are athletic since birth thats why I can't compete with them" is ****ing racist and discredits the work of those people. Would you say the same thing about a white person that was better than you? "The only reason he's so good is because of his genetics." That seems like a lazy ass cop out to try and explain to yourself why you're not as good as him.

The goal is not even 10 feet off the ground.
If you are 6'foot and you raise your hands up...you may touch 8 foot. If I lower your vertical there to where your hands are at rim your feet would be maybe a foot at most off the ground. I could be wrong...but I've played basketball for ALONG time, and that looks like it is at 9 foot because of the size relation to you.
If it is legit ya that would be a decent height to get at 6 foot.

wait a min you can not define Afican gentics as its just too diverse......Kenyans as you suggest are better long distance due to the to the enviroment being so high above sea leavel and the lack of oxygen and being long distance must have greater number of slow twitch! there are so many different tribes with different physical make up! so there is not such thing as black gentics ( to diverse) the reason Afican American dominat sport is part social(the social construction of the USA sub conciously drives Afican Americans in the direction of sport through tv, adverts, role models and social enviroment and sterotypes) part slave trade ( the strongest where pick and then bread like race horses and this happened for 400 years) how many Afican American that dominate sport have African names? not many! most have slave names being the accestors of slaves!

I can't tell you how wrong you are, but I guess everything has to be 1 and 0's with you. Go look at the records!! It's genetics, end of story!!
In today's age all of the top atheletes are doing the same thin plyometrics is common place, high altitude training, diets, no one is doing anything that much different. Yet in Kenyans always manage to end up on top disproportionally.
Same goes for raw atheletes at the Olympic/Pro level where raw speed, agility, and athleticism is need again disproportional black. Hey they just train harder, I guess?

i used to be able to grab the rim when my legs were weaker i dont htink i can dunk nao though ever since gaining 100 pounds on my squat and 7 pounds of bw lol
