Try a HIIT cardio routine. They typically would last about 20-25 minutes max and are only done a max of 3 times a week. Your motivation should come from the weight you want to shed off. Put on your mp3 player and do the cardio for 20 minutes. It's not all that long if you do it right.
Take progress pictures along the way or treat yourself to something that you like every time you complete a full week without skipping a cardio routine. Do your cardio with a friend, husband or boyfriend. Set goals for yourself as in target weight, or distance ran in x amount of time, etc.
