Cardio sucks for sure!
Tabata ain't fun but if you do it right it is over quick.
If you hate Tabata you should finish your workout with complexes...

Still alive, just been busy. Legs Saturday, Arms Sunday, diet is on track as usual. For those of you who didn't catch up with the NPC USAs, this is the Class A winner, and new IFBB Pro Jamie Costa:
I'm still waiting for the 2 piece comparisons to get posed up.

I usually prefer cardio than involves lifting my feet of the ground and actually propelling myself forward, but I was forced on to the elliptical now that I have huge blisters on my heels from all my walking. I drain the serum out of them and they are magically full again in minutes. It's disgusting and painful. Yet another reason that lifting kicks cardio's ass: the calluses on my hands, while ugly, don't hurt. I think I'm going to look for these:
Morning Cardio
Thermo Fire, Humino MAAX, Cuts, SAMe, CoQ10 taken pre-cardio
Walking Outside
Back/Delts
Single Arm Hammer Strength Row
Weighted Hypers
Standing DB Laterals
Seated DB Rear Delt Raise
Elliptical
-------------

Meal 1
- BioBeads
- egg whites
- eggs
- Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM
- Beta Alanine Extreme
Meal 2
- Prolab Isolate - Chocolate
- almond oil
- Vigor
- Beta Alanine Extreme
Meal 3 - Thermo Fire
- chicken breast
- romaine
- Beta Alanine Extreme
Meal 4
Meal 5 - Glutamine and Creatine
- Prolab Isolate - Strawberry
- Fiberlyze
Meal 6- sole
- avocado oil
- Beta Alanine Extreme
- Cuts
Random thoughts:
Dan says my face is starting to look drawn, and I'm starting to feel like crap. This is a good thing - it means I'm getting close. If I had the money, I'd get Restylane injections so I don't look as rough as I feel come show time.

LOL...........I'm sure they are no coworkers of mine; they always hire clueless temp models for that stuff that definitely don't work as hard as we do
I am the same way with my cardio-- I do the ellp often; but I feel so confined sometimes if I'm not propelling myself

I have a narrow face anyway, when my bf gets low, it's not all that cute. Not necessarily aged, just drawn and tired. I'm telling you, Restylane is where it's at. That's what a lot of the Pros are using. http://www.restylane.com/Restylane.aspx?id=11425

They are awful; there is no way to avoid the pain since they're right under my heels and every step is torture. I cut my morning walk a little short yesterday and thankfully it was an off day. I got through it this morning somehow.

Wednesday was off (did a Prolab appearance at a Vitamin Shoppe on the west side/Hell's Kitchen). Thursday was back on track as usual. Blisters are bugging me, I'm putting them on my ignore list. Gotta' keep moving.
Morning Cardio
Thermo Fire, Humino MAAX, Cuts, SAMe, CoQ10 taken pre-cardio
Walking Outside
Chest/Traps
Inc DB Fly
Inc BB Press
Plate Shrugs
BB Shrugs
StarTrac
-------------

Meal 1
- BioBeads
- egg whites
- eggs
- Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM
- Beta Alanine Extreme
Meal 2
- ground bison
- Vigor
- Beta Alanine Extreme
Meal 3 - Thermo Fire
- Prolab Isolate - Chocolate
- flax meal
- Beta Alanine Extreme
Meal 4- Cuts
- chicken breast
- romaine
- avocado oil
- multi
Meal 5 - Glutamine and Creatine
- Prolab Isolate - Strawberry
- Fiberlyze
Meal 6- mahi mahi
- tea oil
- spinach
- Beta Alanine Extreme
- Cuts
Random thoughts:
Everyone needs to quit annoying me, seriously.
I'm happy that I have added stims back into the plan. I missed being Thermo Fire, but I understand the purpose of cycling stimulants for efficacy.
I made little 'sandwiches' out of baby spinach leaves and the mustard sauce Colette told me how to make. I could eat that all day, weird. The tea oil is new; it has a nice, mild flavor. I never knew tea oil was such a great source of monounsaturated fats. Heck, I never knew tea oil existed!

I know it's been a while since I updated, but I really needed a break from the internet/life/etc. I still do feel a bit removed, so I am having Dan train me. I'm just really not up to much. I feel a bit listless and unmotivated. Of course having a headache didn't help my intensity during this workout, but I made it through.

They are opening a Popeye's Chicken by my house. Lovely. All I need is more food temptation. I keep thinking about biscuits and honey.
My leg is still bothering me a bit, and I've wrapped my toes in fabric medical tape where they were blistering.

P.S Your last work out was pretty amusing. What does unloading a squat rack target again?

Cravings are in full force now. As you can see, I'd like a Big Cookie Cake. Anyone who brings one (double layer) to the Team U can be my best friend forever. Speaking of TU, I have to get my entry in by the 15th or it doubles in price. It would be much easier if they'd just take personal checks, but I never have the money and the time to go to Western Union - it's always one or the other! National level shows are so damn expensive.

Paula Deen made some of those on her show and they looked so damn good homemade right out of the oven. I think it was on the KrispyKreme bread pudding show too....what a joke. Those "giant" sets look more like a big ass circuit to me, thats gotta be brutal on a diet. touche ness. keep on keeping on.

As for TU app - I just bought a money order at the post office when I mailed in my app - they are requesting you send it in registered or priority anyway so you can kill the two birds at once!
