DAY 6
I feel good today. The black pills at night are awesome! I'm taking two now and they really do help me sleep better. Very relaxed and not drugged feeling at all. Very nice.
GREAT NEWS! I'm down to 256.1 lbs.! I guess my hissy fit on Friday about my small weight gain was unwarranted. That loss is awesome because even though I have been eating better, I had not really changed my eating habits from when I was losing weight before. If this weight loss keeps up over the next few weeks, I will have to attribute it to the REDuction pills.
The coolest thing is lately I've been noticing that my "skinny" clothes that I bought after I lost 110 lbs. are now becoming loose on me. I've never felt more frustrated, yet exhilarated, that I keep having to buy news clothes. I'm not good at spending money on myself. Most of my clothes are wayyy too big for me. I finally broke down and bought some new tees for the summer that actually fit my new frame. If I lose another 25 lbs. I may have to buy even more clothes. Oh, woe is me!
On another thread I asked if I needed to stop drinking my coffee after starting the RED pills. The response I got was. "maybe, results may vary." I can now say that I can still drink my coffee and still don't get jittery. Last week, I had skipped the coffee and felt a little down and depressed. I realized that psychologically, I needed my morning coffee to get going for the day. Over the weekend, I drank a cup of coffee and felt fine after taking the pills. I'm glad I can drink my coffee. Again, some people may not be able to tolerate it, but I can.
Beginning weight: 260 lbs.
Current weight: 256.1 lbs.
Weight loss to date: 3.9 lbs.

Day 13
Today is the official weigh-in day. I hope I haven't gained. Last week was difficult. My wife's grandmother passed away and we had the funeral. It was difficult not to turn to food for comfort. I think I did ok, but I ate more than I normally do. If I maintain or keep within a pound or two of last week, I will feel good. I'm back on track this week and hope to burn a lot of fat over the next couple of weeks.
I plan on doing a BF% on Wednesday. We'll see how that turns out as well. I will post later tosay after my workout and weigh-in.

Thanks, bull.dogz. It's been a difficult year for my wife. She lost her little sister to cancer last Dec at the age of 23. My MIL is beside herself with grief. She lost her daughter and mother within 8 months of each other. My wife has been a trooper, but I know the funeral brought up all the bad memories of her little sister dying. It was a difficult week for everyone.

Good luck man, sounds like we're about the same size/weight, and I'm on REDuction too, I think a few days after you. And congrats on losing the 110 before this!

Cool! Thanks!
How is RED working for you? I'm not getting much of an appetite suppressant like others have gotten. I would really like that side-effect.

Well, I've gained a couple of pounds. I'm actually not too upset about it. kind of expected it anyway. What this tells me though is that the weight loss I had last week is real and I can keep losing weight now if I can stick to the diet. I just need to keep chugging away.
Beginning weight: 260 lbs.
Current weight: 258.1 lbs.
Weight loss to date: 1.9 lbs.

Aside from hating the smell/taste of the PM pills (have to get mouth full of water, drop them in real quick and swallow), no complaints! I'm down to 249-250 now, and yeah not much appetite suppression, I think I might actually be hungrier during the night, I wake up hungry when I usually don't.
Pleased so far, started at 255 or so, dunno how many days left, but the bottle was about half full when I started (took it off/on for a couple weeks before I went on vacation).
Good luck.

That's funny because I read that others didn't like the taste of the PM pills either. I actually don't mind the taste myself.

Good catch. Whenever I try and put back exercises in my routine, I get back pain. I'm not sure why, but it's made me nervous that if I push myself too hard, I will have to stop the cardio and other lifting due to pain. I'm sure if I started slow and made sure I was doing the exercises correctly I could alleviate the pain, but I'm gun-shy. Maybe I can add some things in the future. Thanks for the tip.

Day 15
I got to the gym to workout and did my normal weigh-in and saw that I gained 2 lbs. I was a little disheartened, but know that my weight can fluctuate and not to piss and moan about it. So, today is also my BF% day and I had the Wellness guy check that for me. The results made me :
Original BF%: 21.1
Current BF%: 19.7
Goal: 15%
Original Fat Weight: 54.8 lbs.
Current Fat Weight: 51.3
Original Lean Mass Weight: 205.3 lbs.
Current Lean Mass Weight: 208.8
This is over a two week time-span.
This is VERY cool! I'm going to start taking BF% every Wednesday now to determine if this is an accurate representation of my numbers or a fluke. Either way, so far I have very much enjoyed the REDuction pills and I believe they are making a difference. I still have no side-effects from either pill and enjoy the energy the AM pills provide all day. The PM pills still knock me out at night and give me a great nights sleep.
Question: how long can I take RED before I have to cycle off? Can I take another bottle full and then cycle off for a month or should I finish off this first bottle and take a month off?

I tore my tricep before and it hurt to train it but the more I trained them the stronger they got and the better they felt. Sometimes it's better to do a little to build them back up. Just make sure your form is good. Find alternative ways of working your back. Can you talk to your doctor or physical therapist? They can recommend things for you to do.

You can take it for 2 months straight, then it's recommended that you cycle off for at least a week.

Day 22
Still chugging along. Diet is good and the weight is still coming off. Had my BF% done today to see if there were any changes. Here are the updated stats:
Last Weeks Weight: 260 lbs.
This Weeks Weight: 256 lbs.
Original BF%: 21.1
Last Week BF%: 19.7
Current BF%: 19.9
Goal: 15%
Original Fat Weight: 54.8 lbs.
Last Fat Weight: 51.3
Current Fat Weight: 51.0
Original Lean Mass Weight: 205.3 lbs.
Last Week Lean Mass Weight: 208.8
Current Lean Mass Weight: 205.0
I'm getting close to the end of the RED bottles. I need to make the decision whether or not I'm going to order a new round of pills. I believe they are helping me lose weight, but I'm not sure. I was losing weight at this rate before I started the pills. The pills definitely give me an energy boost and help me sleep at night. I'm just not sure they are helping me burn additional fat.
Any advice?

Lol, I think it's really up to you if you want to order them again or not. If you feel it's working than run another month. Give it a few days without REDuction, I guarantee your going to miss it.

Yeah, I'm thinking about giving them another month and seeing if they make a difference and then taking some time off. I just wanted some advice from people to determine if the weight I am losing is based on the RED or just good diet and exercise. If it's the RED, then I'm very excited. If I could get the same weight loss from good diet, I can save the dough and buy some new clothes.

Well, I finally ran out of pills and I can't afford more right now. I thought I would close this log down for now.
Final Thoughts
I believe the RED pills worked best for me as an energy aid and not a fat burner. The red pills gave me a great energy boost during the day and the black pills really helped me sleep better at night. As far as fat burning, my weight has not really changed too dramatically and it never really gave me the appetite suppression that I was hoping for. I'm going to go back to natural fat loss and see if I can get rid of that final 15 - 20 lbs.
I would definitely recommend RED pills to people if they want a clean, non-jittery energy boost. They may not have worked very well for me burning fat, but that could be my diet or the way I metabolized the pills. I believe CL has a very strong product and I hope people give it a try to help them lose the unwanted pounds. I would definitely keep using the porduct for the energy boost alone if I could afford it.

Unfortunately, no. I know you told me I should, but I didn't listen.
I'm basing my perception of lack of fat-loss on the body fat % that I was taking throughout the month. It went down at first, but eventually went back up to the same range it was was when I started. I also based my findings on how my clothes were fitting and how I looked. I will admit that I seem to have built more bulk during the process, but my lean mass weight never went up.
I guess I'm mainly basing my belief that I did not lose fat on the BF%. I know measurements would have been nice, but shouldn't my BF% have gone down if I truly lost fat weight?
I want to stress that I really liked REDuction. It definitely kept me alert and going throughout the day and I noticed a difference in my attention level and stamina. But, I got it specifically for fat-burning and I can't verify that it worked for me based on BF% alone. I would love to try it for another month and see if helps me over time, but it's not possible right now. I tried to talk my wife into not paying the gas bill this month so I could order more, but she's being stubborn and told me no.
