Best way natural food for post work out (Glucose)

I'm looking for a natural food (not a supplement) that can provide my body with the appropriate levels of glucose post work out. Need something with a high Glycemic Index but doesn't have an effect on my cut. Sorry if this question has been addressed before but I can't find any info on it anywhere. Need something I can buy at a health shop or grocery store!
