Thumbs up Proper Measurements?

Hey everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right category to post this in but I could not find one that matched perfectly.

I know that BodySpace has video clips showing you how to measure body parts correctly in the "update your stats" area. The problem is that I am using a dial up connection (isn't that sad), and I can't even attempt to view the clips, my connection is that slow.

Does anyone know a website with pictures and/or really descriptive writing that shows where and how to get proper measurements? I have basic knowledge on how to do it but I want to make sure I am being accurate.

Thanks!

u r so lucky!!!
I was looking for such websites and yesterday I found some.

Apparently, there r more than a formula. As I understood from my reading in several websites in this regard, there is no most accurate formula.
So, u r gonna find the formula fits u best.

some of the formulas can be found and used through the following websites:

http://www.linear-software.com/online.html
http://www.bblex.de/en/calc/index.php

Good luck bro.
