creatine and "the loading phase"
Alright guys, I don';t know if this is the right place to put it, but I'm kinda pissed off. a guy came in here saying that creatine "only works with the loading phase" I told him about sizeon and he said that it didn't do a thing for him, and he "took the whole tub in a week to load and it did nothing" they guys is around 35 years old, bigger fella, but I've read that the loading phase was proven myth. he said that only creatine can work by loading, giving you water retention, and 10% strength (about) increase. guys, help me out, PLEASE what is the truth? I know the "all about creatine" is there, that thread, but im wondering
a) is the loading phase needed?
b) does the loading phase work?
c) is sizeon really trash?
d) do you retain water from creatine? if so, how?
e) what are the claims of creatine?
HOW DO YOU USE IT PROPERLY?!?!? GAH THIS GUY MADE ME SO MAD

a) is the loading phase needed? its not needed in my opinion, it will take longer for full effects but in my opinion is a waste of money. I think the loading phase works but once again you waste alot of money gettting all the expensive, pointless creatine. Again, i think size on works like any other creatine, all it is is flavor and mono, something you could make yourself for 15 buck a month over the fifty or w/e it costs. Water is retained in muscle from creatine, in fibers...as the claims say...eat a **** load of food and take basic creatine monohydrate, and you WILL get big, dont waste money on all the other ****

dude to use it properly, take two servings per day a week, then one after or during a workout after loading but loading isnt totally necessary in my opinion. of course every one is different and varies in opinions and results, you should also consider mega dosing like 4-5 servings of gnc mono after a workout for a month or so, when i did it i blew up, BUT had to cycle off it slowly with creatine. just somehitng to think about

I don't load, but I do take 5g pre and post - so 10g/day total. Probably overkill, but I use Prolab which is so cheap I don't mind pissing some out to make sure I am getting as much as my body can possibly use at the optimal times(pre and post).

a) is the loading phase needed? No, just takes a little bit longer to get saturated
b) does the loading phase work? speeds up the results so in a way yes
c) is sizeon really trash? best creatine i have ever tried, had amazing results
read this page for a few answers to the last 2 questions
hope this helps

i am taking my loading phase right now. i ordered a thing of Nature's Best Creatine Monohydrate, and it came with an extra smaller bottle of the creatine as well. so in my opinion, im not really "wasting money on a loading phase" (as some say its a waste). if money is an issue, and you're worried about a loading phase being a waste of money, take a look at natures best creating monohydrate. Or, you can just not do a loading phase but expect slower results.
