That's quite common here in Germany or better said Europe/Eastern Europe...
When I stayed in America some American BBs told me: They heard that all good European BB's just eat rice and the bad ones pasta...
I would't say so in such an extreme way, but it's mainly true...
When I look at russian amateuers, I am always astonished how shredded they get. In my opinion this quality of muscles only grows by eating clean all the time.
I loved the American food but I also realized, that all these artificially flavours or sweeteners simply influence my shape in a negative way.
In Offseason I think its ok to use some diet Ketchup or Splenda sometimes...
but as soon a diet begins I try to avoid everything which is not really essential for my body.

Props on the self control man. I'm just amazed that it's turkey every time...no chicken, no steak, no fish, etc etc...

My new Fan-shop: www.hill24.com
and
own official board: www.project-hill.com
are online now.
Even if some users might talk German,
English users are more than welcome there.
I'm looking forward to answer your questions and hope to meet many of you on "Project-Hill" as well.
Dan

Congrats, man. Do your best not to abuse your body and do whatever you can to avoid injuries,,they come back to bother you the rest of your life! (I never thought I would have them (not big things, but lots of small ones done out of my own ignorance!). Welcome to the USA!

It's a morphed picture of myself.
One reason why my board is called Project-Hill.
German Federation of Bodybuilding offered me the Pro licence 6 months ago,
just after winning Junior Worldchampionship overall title.
This happened first time since 17 years, when Gunther Schlierkamp won his Junior World Championship.
Even if I am still smaller then other Pros, they believe in my Potential and that's why I am working as hard as possible on "Project-Hill" until my first contest, which shall be the Ironman 2010 in LA
