Peanut butter
I have a question,
What can I eat peanut butter with? Something that is healthy and could be spread on a toast. Would jam be an option? But I know jam has a lot of calories... Can someone correct me?
Or any other alternatives? I feel peanut butter alone is just too much...

Natural PB on celery... mmm mmm!!! Just don't overdue it (lots of fat in PB). 1-2 tbsp should be ok.

You know, I have never heard so many people talking about peanut butter until I started reading these forums! There should be a support group - I'd be the first to join!
- Sliced banana, apple OR grapes (although if you're watching your carbs you may want to adjust fruit/PB ratios).
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter spread across two halves of an apple topped with some seeds (instead of bread).
- Raisins (again, calorie/carb dense, eat in moderation).
- A little seed mix.
- Mix some of your protein mix into your PB (choc and banana works well) and spread on toast.

I remember someone suggesting peanut butter and tuna on rye. He swore it tasted good but I haven't tried it yet. Sounds horrendous but i'll have to try it one of these days. I thought tuna and oatmeal was teh sick but after trying it was just like porridge.

If you want jam, Smuckers makes a sugar free version that is much lower in calories. If you want to make a healthy PB&J, get some low carb tortillas (I like the La Tortilla Factory kind) and make a "sandwich" on one of those!

my favorite is a peanut butter & banana sandwich.
Cut a banana into little slices spread peanut butter onto toast and add the banana.. amazing.
Also spreading peanut butter onto an apple is fcking good.

PB & Apple, or Banana Slices & Some cinnamon
PB & Raw Honey,
PB & Sugar Free Jams
PB & Nutella (Although if you're watching calories, maybe that's not a route to go)
