300/calorie a day diet
Alright, so I know how to do it right, but whenever I had success, I still had that buff frame which I do not like.
And I cannot do it right at this time because I cannot afford to do so.
So I wanted to do an extremely low calorie diet. I do not care if I lose some muscle. Go to a very very small frame, then rebuild my muscle.
Similar to what Christian Bale did from Machinest to Batman.
Now, has anyone ever done this? Please give me suggesstions. I was thinking of eating 1 lean cuisine a day. I know that Christian Bale ate 1 can of tuna and an apple a day.

I think John McCain did it in Vietnam.
For regular people it would be stupid and fruitless.

lets see, you are sacrificing your muscles with lack of protein, your bones with lack of calcium, you cell structure with lack of healthy fats. If you were to do something so stupid I would hope you would at least take a multi vitamin...hell, better take 2.
This is a recipie for disater. You will likely get sick or hurt

Wow... I recommend you see a psychologist. He'll help you out with your diet.... and depression. And that's a serious comment if you're truly serious about eating 300 cals/day. (serious)

you metabolism is gonna stall out
your body will be in starvation mode
when you don't eat, you won't burn fat (unless you are cardio'ing)
when you do eat your body will try not burn it, it wants to store it as fat
================================================== =
does it work? yes
is it the fastest way? no

I think they just dont want you to become malnourished is all. If you choose to go down the path of starvation you will have much loose skin, and the diet will take just as long to do because say your 236 now but if you kept your muscle and ate atleast 1,600 calories a day you would like the way you look at 180-190 pounds but if you loose that muscle with the fat you would look flabby at 180-190 pounds and have to continue down into the 140's-150's. So in the long run you are just causing yourself more work.

There are better ways to lose weight. Few years back I was on maybe 600 cals/day max and it was pretty horrible and definitely not sustainable. Back then I didn't know any better and yeah, I lost quite a few pounds that way. But was it healthy? No.
Lose weight the right way and think about the long term. You're setting yourself up for both disappointment and possible health issues.

If you are serious, I suggest you look into PSMF. Though even with that you will take in more than 300 calories.

Do that for any decent length of time, and you can kiss good health goodbye. Extreme calorie deficits (which is what you're going to have) will result in extreme weight loss AND serious damage to your body (organ damage and damage to other systems). Your body will NOT just burn fat for the whole time; you will burn muscle and fat and carry on for long enough your internal organs (at which point death is around the corner). Sure, you might not do it for long enough to kill you, but you will still get some permanent damage and in the end due to the chronic poor health that will result, it won't be worth it.
No doctor would ever sign off on this, so do yourself a favor and go see one!

You will look like a holocaust victim.
FYI, I did 1000 calories more than that, and got down to 90lbs in less than a year. It took 20lbs gain for guys to stare at me again (and those first 10lbs for them to actually SEE me when I turned sideways LOL). I could have died.
It's tempting to do when you feel "icky", but you will probably either:
1)Screw up and binge (fail)
2)Adhere perfectly and die (aka REALLY fail)
Stupid idea, but up to you.

A little bit of insight about this transformation:
During one interview about "Batman Begins", Christian reveals that after the "Machinest", he went to 220lb in bodyweight.
Upon seeing Christian for the first time at 220lb, one of the film crew stated "I thought we were filming 'Batman', not 'fatman'."
He then went on to lose ~30lb to appear as he does in the movie.
So what you see in Batman, is not strictly the result of the crash diet that he used for the Machinest (and then building up again.)

If you're that desperate, try looking into the V-diet. Its the fastest and arguably a safe way to lose weight very fast. 300 calories a day is only hurting you bro, but you seemed like you made your decision already, so good luck to you.

Seriously, don't try this. Losing weight like that isn't healthy, and do you really want to look like Bale in the Machinist?
Eat healthy and exercise. I know its hard, but its healthy. You won't be killing your body.

That is a really immature approach to have and highly doubt you dislike the buff frame.
Sounds like you have really low self-esteem.
If your eating 300 calories a day you wont be able to keep the weight off you lose. You will end up putting it all back on plus alot more. Do you really want to be yoyoing your whole life? It WILL stuff up your metabolism and when you realise how stupid you were your metabolism will take a long time to repair.
You will have loose skin, everything about you will look terrible, you just wont function properly. You wont look healthy and fit at all. You will look gross. Grow up and do it properly. If you were doing it healthily, you could be looking pretty damn good by the end of the year.
