Natural Peanut Butter Before Bedtime?

Hey guys. I'm trying Keto and I feel like I've been doing pretty good so far, but I was wondering ..

I eat 2 spoonfulls of peanut butter before I go to bed as a kind of sweet treat. I have a jar of the Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter (very high on good fats and oils), and I was wondering if that would be an okay item before bedtime on Keto. Thanks!

I have a few. I don't worry too much about the carbs there. I get a kick out of the oil and peanut separation and spend some time mixing it before taking great pleasure in licking the spoon. Although I have been tempted to add some splenda to it.

i have 2 jars of Smuckers..... i dont know wat to do... just cant stand natural PB... Peter Pans fine for me...

OP if u like it u can have it.... dont go crazy... PB can be addictive though...

i Looooooooovvvveee the taste of natural PB, esp smuckers (all by itself; from jar to mouth with NO adulterants). That's all I've had my whole life, such that my taste buds cannot tolerate Skip and all it's sugary hydrogenated brethren. But, each to his own I suppose.
