Body by Storm
Workout 4: Intermediate
Cycle 1: 3 Sets
Jump Rope
Seated ab twist with 10lb plate - 40
15 Jump squats
Tricep bench dips - 20
Seated leg tucks - 20
Cycle 2: 3 Sets
Jump Rope
Chin ups - Assisted 8 w/40lbs
Ball crunches - 25
Exercise ball pull-ins (jack-knifes) - 10
Assisted dips - 8 w/50lbs
Completed time 35 minutes
20 minutes treadmill - 3 @ 3.4
I was planning on doing some shoulder work today but my chest and shoulders were so sore that I had to change it up. Chin ups and dips were really tough. Tomorrow is legs so I'll get some rest there! Can't wait to see how much better my workout will be with the White Blood.
Hooked up a couple of guys at work with some REDuction samples last Friday. Comes up to me today "I want to buy some REDuction. I had great energy at the gym and even went swimming after the gym." Another one for the CL club. He doesn't take stims and really liked how the REDuction didn't give him the jitters or make him crash. So he'll be placing an order this week with bb.com. :action: Hooked up the manager at my gym today to. His gf is a fitness competitor so I think she'll like it. I've been trying to get my gym to carry it so the samples will help win them over.
Noticed a new guy working at the gym today. He started training when I was in the middle of cardio. I noticed him sippin on something pinkish/purple. I can be a nosy lil kitten and my curiosity was peaked so I went over and talked to him when I was done. Turns out he was only sippin on crystal light. I asked him if he was new to the gym, didn't see him working there before. He's young and the gym is trying to make changes so I figured he's probably a personal trainer. I was wrong. He's one of the owners of the gym. Long story short, as soon as I get my personal trainer's certification I have a job there!!!:bounce: :bounce:
Just tried my Golden Finish PT style with some pineapple/coconut juice and that shiat was the bomb!! It made it really thick but no after taste. I bet if I put it in the freezer for a lil while it would be like ice cream.

"The Secret" is happening for me. I read that book about 6 months ago and I really believe it works. You have to check it out. That or "The Master Key Systems". It's about the powers of the law of attraction. I would recommend this to any and everyone!!

I've heard many people love The Secret! I actually have the book, but have yet to read it!!
I did start reading A New Earth - have you read that?
Did you like The Secret better than The Master Key Systems??

Most of the stuff from The Secret is from The Master Key System. I had a hard time grasping TMKS so I put it down and read The Secret first. Then I went back to TMKS and it all clicked!! TMKS is really more indepth but it makes so much sense and has helped me alot.
I haven't read the one your reading but I've heard about it. Is it worth picking up?

It really makes you think! I've enjoyed it - you can check out the "classes" on Oprah's website! She is a strong backer of the book...

5 minute warmup - treadmill 3 @ 3.2
BB squats - 15
4 Sets
Squats - 65lbs-95lbs
Walking lunges - 40lbs (24 steps)
Leg press - 80lbs (1 set 90lbs)
SLDL - 65lbs
SL leg extensions - 55lbs
Calves - 40lbs-100lbs
5 minutes cooldown - treadmill 3@3
Nothing special to report. I was doing 40lbs for calves, mainly cuz I hate doing calves and they were a little sore from yesterday. Anyways, Monday (that's her name) came over and gave me a bad time about my little 40lbs and moved it up to 100. Of course my ego wasn't about to let me go down so I did the last 2 sets with 100lbs. She's a power lifter too so all my heavy weights are her warm up weights. Luckily the competitive side of me lets me use this for motivation. It's kinda like guys, they see another guy coming and they puff up their chest!

Down boy!!
Not too much to report. I hit back and triceps last night and was too lazy to log it. But with the White Blood I noticed that my strength has gone up. I added 5-10lbs on a few exercises and was still getting in at least 10 reps. So I'm really loving it. I do feel a crash after but I don't mind cause I have a hard time sleeping sometimes and ever since I started this and the REDuction again I've been sleeping like a baby..........when I don't wake up to pee. Think I only got up twice last night!!
I need to start logging my meals too, I think I'm going to have to lower my carbs again. I really don't want to because my energy level has been so high lately but I want to drop more bodyfat.
Have a great day everyone!!

What time of the day do you workout? Instead of necessary 'lowering' carbs could you just more properly time then?

I train at night, around 5:30. Right now I have 2 pieces of ww toast with breakfast and I have my veggies for lunch, more toast before my workout.
