In need of some sound advice
I am 22 and have worked out regularly for the past 2 years, changing my workout every few months to try and keep my body guessing. I have never really bothered with supplements but am now keen to feed my body what it needs to take my training to the next level. I currentl use Cytogainer, but nothing else. What do you guys recommend i take on top of a good diet and this cyto gainer?? and when is best to take the supplements?? Also when is best to take on your protein?? Any feedback will be awesome, cheers!

i usually take my protein right after i wake up and post workout
you might want to add in creatine(probably go with mono since you've never done it before), multi-vitamin, fish-oil, a lot of people would say to try an NO product but i personally think they are a waste of time

I would agree sir! My thoughts is they're essentially a caffeinated arginine cocktail that you don't really need! Not to say they don't bring benefits but most look at them as essential and I would disagree.
I would add Beverly Liver Pills and Aminos with every meal personally.
