Team Black China Labs Alissa Parker Wins 2 Shows in a Row
Just got back in town after competing in two shows back to back. The first of the two was the San Jose NPC bodybuilding, fitness, and figure championships. The second show was the Los Angeles bodybuilding, fitness, and figure championships. I won my class at both shows. Both contests were national qualifiers. I plan to compete in the North American Championships on August 29th & 30th. I hope to gain some experience competing at the National Level and learn what changes I will need to make to my physique to place well next year.
