How to get over my girl (serious)
We broke up a month ago and she's moving on. She told me on the phone a couple minutes ago. I had to know so I asked her if there's any more feelings left for me and she's like of course I'll always have feelings for you but I gave it one last go last time and it didn't work out. I still want to talk to you but I'm moving on. I don't know how to do this. How do you guys get over your girl?

im going through the same **** u r bro. 2 1/2 year relationships dont fly off easy i can assure you that. right now im taking these guys' advice. and turning gay (lol jk, no homo). but seriously im taking these guys' advice and trying to stay busy with positive things. go lift weights, that helps out with anger or sorrow, or whatever ur feelings right now. talk to other girls. or unlike me, if u have friends in the same state as you, hang out with them and STAY BUSY with them. do stuff to keep ur mind busy.

Exactly what everyone said, I just had a breakup, sort of, it's complicated. anyway, I picked up my mma training, hit the gym harder, got more social and talked to other girls, even if you're not interested in meeting anyone for even casual dates or sex. Just getting out and seeing that other girls will be interested in you and talking/flirting with them will get you over the ex.
Keep busy, so many other girls out there, no use getting hung up on one when she clearly wants to move on.

Cause it seems like the best way to get over a girl is to get another girl (it is teh best option) but what if at this point right now you don't really want that.

This does work. If you're the type to think, that we have to be active out there, for us to find that special someone. You can go ahead and start looking for mrs. right, all over again.
I mean sometimes I have tried to just be single, and forget females. But some female always ends up coming into my life and I take what I have learned from the previous relationship and try to make the current one work.
To get over a chick that I was interested in, and we both were interested in each other but the circumstances disallowed a relationship, was to realize that that just how life is. Sometimes we miss opportunities but we can't be down about it. So, I decided to stay single, but then my current girlfriend just came into my life. At first, I just saw her as a friend (being as I wanted to just learn from the previous relationship and be by myself for a minute), and then suddenly I realized I really liked this girl. So I tried it and to tell you the truth, I am friends with the other girl lol.
So, sometimes going onto another chick does help. Intentionally or just accidentally.

I still want to be friends with her and she still wants to be friends with me. So I don't want to cut contact off completely. She's leaving for college on the 20th so I guess it'll be easier then. Hopefully
