Animal Pump / Universal Torrent **stack**

I've been taking Animal Pump and Universal Torrent during lifting days. I'm pretty shocked with how good they are.

Animal Pump has given me great pumps that have lasted longer than any product I have taken. I've stacked No-Xplode and Cell Mass which seem to be a waste after the first 5 days. SuperPump and Size-On have been the most decent stack to date, even though taking the Size-On during workouts is a pain and tastes terrible. I really dont want to waste anymore breath on Muscle Tech products. Animal Pump is all pills so there isnt any worry about it tasting bad, i get a huge energy boost, and the pumps are pretty intense. Thats really all you need from a pre-workout.

The Torrent is a great post-workout supp and I've noticed a big increase in energy throughout the day, to include a seriously reduced recovery time. I kill my legs and they typically take close to 4 days to fully recover, as I have an active job. Since taking the Torrent, my legs are recovered after 2 days. Torrent is not something that is instantly going to up your bench 25 pounds but I personally have felt a difference in the quality of reps as well as number of reps increasing. It also tastes pretty good. Only gripe with the product is the sugar content per serving (26g...thats quite a bit). Yet, it would more than likely explain the increase in energy and why it tastes so good......

Off days, I have been taking Higher Power's Ethyl Ester Creatine only because there isnt any loading phase needed. Do yourself a favor though...mix this with something other than water. I have not found a drink that takes the taste away, so I just suck it up and drink it with water. Be warned, this has to be the worst tasting supplement I've ever had but it seems to be useful during off days.

Universal has made a great stack that really works. I have not taken any of their products (besides Aminal Pak) since taking Animal Stack during the 'Ando era' many years ago. It's nice to see Universal is still putting good products out there. I definately recommend this stack. It has worked great for me.

i'm taking my pump on off-days, however, just to keep the arginine, ornithine and the anti-oxidants in the ol' system.

Im about to finish up this stack and I'm stoked with the gains.

As always, I'm looking to keep this going but am starting to cut for the next 2 months. Cardio is something I hate more than 'talkers' in the gym, so I am always looking for something to help get me through it. I used to take the E/C stack but hate cycling every 2 weeks.

Anyone have any suggestions on a stack that I can put together? I'm looking to stick with Universal products since the Torrent/ Pump impressed the hell out of me.

Essential amino acids. Studies show EAAs are great around lifting for protein synthesis, recovery, etc.

Honestly? You don't. It's just an extra. I use EAAs pre, intra and post. But no, you don't need it.

If money is an object and if you're diet is sound, especially pre and post-workout, it's not gonna be something you need. Use the extra bucks for food, J. It's always the better call.

i love cherry flavour. i got the larger tub and ive been at it for over a month and its not enough gone done by half! love it! cant wait to try the apple flavour but its so hard to find it in the uk. no stocks it.

I have been on Pump/Torrent for three weeks and love the results. How long has everyone been taking these? I know it state nothing about cycling pump or Torrent but curious if people have been.

This is what I will be doing, currently I am doing just about the same thing only I am using Stak and will be going to M Stak after its gone ( waiting a week inbetween of course as recommended). I also take GlycerGrow and Beta Alanine with it....I don't know if its the Pump or the GG or the combination but my arms swell like no tomorrow...its nuts.
