1 AD Log #2

PA i bought two bottles, i bought them within a day of each other because i messed up ordering the first time and only got one.

I took 3 a day for the first 5 days and 6 a day since then...

I gained 3 lb the first week and now im back down the 3 pounds.

Im not attacking ur product I just wanna know why its not workin for me. Like i said i used the original 1 ad with awesome results thats why i went with it again.

According to our records you only purchased one bottle. I am not calling you a liar, but what you are saying is not consistent with our records

I was charged 79.95 on my bank of america debit card on 6/20 and 6/23making it 2 bottles. I would have no prob getting a refund .

Im not doing this to bad mouth ur product, Iam just looking for ur advice on why it isnt working and what I can do about. Should I still take a pct???

Its simple..what works for some won't work for others..i had the same experience with 3-ad..i only gained around 3-4lbs and notice little strengh increase and other people noticed major gains..

So after reading through all of this...

1) start weight 188
2) Second week you lifted 10 lbs more per lift
3) You didn't make it past week threee because of kidney stones?

Lost the weight you gained.

It has been a while since I took the original 1ad, but I don't remember it kicking in right away. You didn't make it past week three on the new stuff? If so, seems a little premature to be judging it.

What is your workout frequency now versus to when you took the original? From your original post, you don't make it sound like you have not been working out regularly. Personally I wouldn't expect good gains from something like this unless I was working out on a regular basis for decent period of time.


That said, it would be nice to see some valid testimonials from other people on the new product. Boards seem strangely silent on that....

let me straighten something out. we had a very small run of bottles. they were sold directly and not through several nationwide distributors as things normally are done. therefore not a whole heck of alot of people got stuff. that is why you do not see many logs. plus ergopharm does not plant logs like other companies here

so don't rush to judgement. the stuff is working just fine for folks i know. and don't listen to the people that just like to start sh*t either

starting my cycle tomorrow (and will start a log in the next couple of days) quick question. should i be taking all three pills at once in the morning? or dividing them up throughout daily meals? bottle seems to indicate the latter. i noticed in this particular log he was doing the three at once in the morning. thanks in advance!

also, i started my cycle today and plan on doing a detailed log that i WILL finish (barring any unforeseen circumstances ie death/injury etc.) i'll put a link to it in here, look for it tomorrow morning most likely

there are several that are making reports of positive results, but they are not doing formal logs

I am on day 12 of my cycle and i will have to end it short. I have taken the original with no problem but for some reason i am extremly lathargic and my nutts have shrunk in half. I will be stoping my cycle and going into pct right away because i dont like the sides. I have gotten stronger and aggression seems to be at a peak topday. I figured it would take 10 days to start working i just didnt think the product would shut me down. Which is how i feel to say the least. Im not bashing the product in anyway, because i have always gotten great result from Ergopharm. I just concerned with how my body is responding right now. I was going to do a full log at the end but i will have to end early due to my concern over my nutts hurting and feeling so dam tired.

is there anything you can take or might have been able to take (like a support supp) to help with your sides? Besides 1-ad did you try anything else that didnt make you lethargic? is being "shut-down" always give you a lethargic reaction

I take it by pct you are going to start taking 6-oxo? what dose. since your 12 days in will it be lower than normal?

When i start i will start a log, i have had the stuff for a while but i need to have my lipid levels checked before i start. I wouldn't wanna start 1-ad and then have my lipid levels done since i don't know how severly it will affect them. Oh BTW, is there any consequence to taking statins combined with this stuff?
