Awesome transformation and regarding the "Wish i could make something like that" go and get a tool called "Photoshop" and then just learn to use layers, and layer opacities and tricks of the trade and you'll be doing good in time

Many great transformations guys and gals!
My heaviest (4yrs ago) was 265lbs and getting close to needing a size 42 pants. I used the Atkins diet to get down to 205 and fluctuated for years between 210 - 220ish. Last year I started working out routinely and got down to below 195 some musle definition.
Please don't be too harsh and I am by no means a finished product. I have become addicted to working out and bettering myself with no intentions to stop.
Here are the before pics from July 2007:
After pics from July 2008:

Also, everyone looks so much hotter in their after pics. Could it be the confidence?

I think I was all the way up to 180ish at like 5'4 and I went to around 140 in about 2 months or so, best decision I ever made... now I'm finding it much harder to put the weight back on through muscle than it was losing all the fat....but this is an amazing thread and I know it can be done so I'm never gonna stop!

I had a fair share of stretch marks. they used to bug me. Ive only lost 30lbs so far but they do fade. theyve got to a poin where they dont bother me anymore.

Yeah, I was off by a bit back then. Definitely above 14% in that pic... but its a much better estimation than "hella" lol.

looks damn good for only 4 weeks. It appears as though you've gained a bit of muscle as well. What's your diet like?

Yeah im suprised because when I got measured last week, ive lost 4kg of fat, and gained 3kg of muscle so im sitting at 79.4kg..
Diet consists of alot of fish as my system processes it quicker, i eat every 2-3 hours..
Breakfast, 1 cup oats, Protein shake (30g Protein, 0 carbs)
MT, 200g tuna, 100g 4 bean mix (kidney, red beans etc)
Lunch, 1 chicken breast (roasted) or 1 fillet of fresh water fish (normally basa) salad or 1 boiled potato
AT - 200g tuna, 100g 4 bean mix (kidney, red beans etc)
Pre Workout - Endrorush & Protein shake
Post workout - Protein Shake
Dinner - 1-2 Chicken breasts (roasted) or 1-2 fillets of fish and Brocolli
Supper - Protein Shake
Suppliments - Animal Cuts, USPlabs - Powerfull, Ph correct Creatine in capsule form, Multivitamins and minerals.. and just started MRI Nos Black today
my protein intake works out to be close to the 300g mark and carbs will float between 60g-120g

I've been lurking these forums for awhile, and when I stumbled onto this thread I had to register to say what an inspiration it has been for me. I used to lift religiously, and when I stopped it all turned to fat, and now I'm a tubby 307 pounds. I've think I've got my lifting routine down, but I must ask...what diet did you all lose to shred the weight and not kill your strength gains? I am not too fond of ketosis, especially because I am concentrating on heavy cardio (biking, tennis, treadmill) as well as lifting to form a good foundation of muscle under the fat. I've searched the forums and I see a lot of cutting diets, but all focus on no carbs at all and I'm not sure with heavy cardio that this is a good idea. I was going to post in diet but it seems all the big weight losers are here so it makes sense to ask. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I am not a fan of keto either. It never made sense to me to follow a diet that is not sustainable for a lifetime. I personally follow a 40/40/20 macro diet. There has never been "specific" meals day in and day out for me. I ate a variety of clean, whole foods, but foods that I like.
Fresh fruits and veg, lean protein sources, clean fats. You can adapt some of Derek Charlebois bulking diets for cutting and still keep a good balance of macros.
